本设备主要用於长杆螺丝类产品。

检测项目：杆部直线度检测、头部对边对角、头部直径、牙部外形尺寸、法兰开裂、断针、孔内积液、螺杆长度、杆部直径、螺纹360度牙伤、积液等不良，可以加装涡流检测、套垫等工序。

This device is mainly used on long-rod screw products.

Test item: head square size and diagonal conjugate, head diameter, thread exterior size, flange cracking, broken needle, in-hole effusion, screw length, rod diameter, 360 degree thread damage, fluid accumulation, etc. Eddy Current Testing and sleeve gasketing procedures can be added.
